Examples

Example 1.
This alignment consists of an mRNA (Sanger Institute accession no. AC000026.C22.2.mRNA) on Human Chromosome 22 and a segment of Human Chromosome 22. This alignment shows that MGAlign is able to align very small internal exons (9 and 21 bp in this case).

Example 2.
This alignment consists of an mRNA (accession no. bK440B3.1) on Human Chromosome 22 and a segment of Human Chromosome 22. This alignment shows that MGAlign is able to align very small starting exons (15 bp in this case).
