The e-mail address that is entered here is used by SDPMOD to send the prediction results to the user after completion of modeling

Modeller Access Key
SDPMOD is available free of charge for all academic non-profit institutions. Please read and accept the Academic License Agreement for MODELLER to receive a key.

Input Sequence Format
All uploaded sequence files should be in raw format. SDPMOD will reject sequences which do not classify as the specified form. An example of a raw format file is as follows: example.txt
